Machine embroidery designs are software programs meant to be run on computerized embroidery machines and in order to use them, one needs to have an embroidery machine, as well as a computer and compatible embroidery software. Therefore it is assumed that you have all hardware devices and software needed to use the machine embroidery designs, as well as the knowledge for handling them. It is your obligation to make sure that the DST embroidery files you purchase can be used on your embroidery machine and checking that the design size will fit within the working area of the hoop used by your embroidery machine. We highly recommend stitching a sample of the designs delivered to you before stitching on finished products. Our stitch rendering engine always displays information about the design size in millimeters. To convert these values to inches simply divide the displayed information by 25.4

The machine embroidery designs you purchase from us will be delivered in the form of electronic files ("E- Files") to the E-mail address you provided to PayPal. Delivery is FREE and will be fulfilled as soon as possible after you have submitted your order. We strive to deliver your E-File within minutes. It is recommended that you have sufficient free space (depending on number and size of embroidery designs you purchased) available in your E-mail box on your E-mail server. Multiple designs may be delivered in separate emails. Always check your spam folder for missing orders before contacting us. Contact us if you do not receive your design(s) within 5 minutes.

Our Meistergram font offerings are the actual fonts used by early Meistergram machines. Meistergram machines were high speed zig zag machines that formed stitches by swinging the needle horizontally. The characters were shaped and formed by moving the pantograph under the swinging needle while varying the needle’s sewing width. This can have the effect of thin or flattened tops, or thin horizontal lines on some characters. There are no underlay stitches, and typical stitch counts are very low. The renderings we provide of these fonts are accurate, we did not modify or improve the fonts, we strived for an accurate reproduction of how a Meistergram machine would sew them. Now you can offer to your customers real Meistergram fonts without having a Meistergram machine.

Unless it has been established that the files we have delivered have defects, machine embroidery designs delivered in the form of E-files are NOT refundable or returnable. In the event you experience some problems using our products, you are kindly requested to contact us immediately. We shall provide assistance and we shall replace the files, if needed.
